This 1-hour course is designed to enhance your understanding to collect evidence in classroom observations and give more effective feedback to teachers. In this course, leaders will work through the steps to be able to recognize and cite observed research-based strategies by learning to:
- start with big ideas
- recognize when a teacher is utilizing these strategies or not
- effectively communicate these findings to a teacher
