This 1-hour course is designed to enhance your understanding to collect evidence in classroom observations and give more effective feedback to teachers. Every time you have a chance to sit and talk with service providers or teachers, you have an opportunity to further build their understanding of the framework. Therefore, it is critical for you to first deepen your own understanding to increase your capacity to:
- accurately and fairly select performance levels
- describe the basic structure and the difference between performance levels
- support and clarify your performance level selection pointing to how collected evidence aligns
